Our delivery services provide secure and traceable delivery via Australia Post (or DHL by special arrangement). Orders for in-stock items are normally processed and shipped the same business day (Mon. – Fri.) when ordering before 1pm – or – next business day when ordering after 1pm. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery progress every step of the way. We also offer a convenient “click & collect” service from our Thomastown warehouse.
Standard Delivery
SmartHome ships Australia-wide via Australia Post eParcel. Our high shipping volume allows us to offer competitive rates, which are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, with more remote areas possibly requiring additional time.
Express Delivery
SmartHome also offers an Express Delivery option through Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Express delivery typically arrives within 1–2 business days, with more remote areas possibly requiring additional time.

Economy Air – Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days.
Express – Delivery is usually within 3-5 business days.
