Sonoff Zigbee Smart Scene Button

The SONOFF SNZB-01P is a compact Zigbee wireless switch designed for installers who need a simple, low-cost way to add manual scene control to a smart home or automation system. It can be placed on a wall, desk, bedside table, counter, entrance area or carried as a portable button, making it useful for homes, offices, shops, restaurants, rentals and light commercial projects.

With support for single press, double press and long press actions, the SNZB-01P can trigger multiple automations from one device. For example, a single press could turn on a light, a double press could activate a fan, and a long press could turn off all selected devices when leaving the property. SONOFF lists these three customisable button actions as a key feature of the SNZB-01P. 

The SNZB-01P uses Zigbee 3.0 and requires a compatible Zigbee hub or gateway. It works with SONOFF Zigbee hubs such as NSPanel Pro, ZB Bridge Pro and ZBDongle-E, and is designed to work with hubs following the Zigbee 3.0 standard. This makes it a practical add-on for trade customers already building Zigbee-based systems through SONOFF, Home Assistant, Zigbee2MQTT or other compatible platforms. 

For trade installations, the button can be used as a smart lighting control, bedside panic/help button, service call button, doorbell trigger, all-off switch, scene controller or quick automation trigger. SONOFF also highlights emergency alert use, where pressing the button can send alert notifications to family members’ phones in urgent situations. 

Powered by a CR2477 battery, the SNZB-01P is rated for up to 5 years of battery life under SONOFF’s internal test conditions. Its compact 45 × 45 × 17.7mm design and simple wireless installation make it a useful product for retrofit projects where running new switch wiring is not practical. 

For trade customers, the SNZB-01P is a strong upsell for smart lighting and automation projects because it gives end users a simple physical control point without needing a mains-powered wall switch. It is especially useful where customers want smart control that feels familiar, easy to explain and easy to use.
